Return Policy

At LUMR LIGHTING, we want you to be confident in your purchase before installation. Please carefully review your vehicle’s wheel size and product specifications before placing your order.

Verify Your Wheel Size

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct wheel-light size for their vehicle.

Please verify that the size you select will properly fit your wheels before ordering. LUMR LIGHTING is not responsible for fitment issues caused by selecting the incorrect size.

If you are unsure which size you need, contact us before placing your order.

Returns

Unused and uninstalled products may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery.

Approved returns are subject to a 15% return/restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be completely unused and uninstalled.
  • The product must not have been mounted, wired, modified, cut, or altered.
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • All included parts and accessories must be returned.
  • The product must show no signs of installation or use.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

No Returns After Installation

Once installation has been attempted, the product is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

This includes products that have been mounted, wired, modified, cut, or otherwise used, even if the installation was not completed.

Please verify your wheel size and inspect your lights before beginning installation.

Incorrect Size or Fitment

If you order the wrong size, the product may only be returned if it remains completely unused and uninstalled and meets the requirements above.

Once installation has been attempted, returns will not be accepted due to incorrect size or fitment.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing components, contact LUMR LIGHTING within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the issue.

Do not install a product that appears damaged or defective before contacting us.

Incorrect Items

If LUMR LIGHTING sends you an incorrect product, contact us before installation. We will work with you to correct the issue.

Installation Responsibility

LUMR LIGHTING is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, modifications, installation tools, vehicle damage, or installation performed by a third party.

Always verify fitment and inspect your product before installation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not already been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be canceled.

Final Sale After Installation

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE INSTALLATION HAS BEEN ATTEMPTED.

By purchasing from LUMR LIGHTING, customers acknowledge that they are responsible for verifying product size and fitment before installation.
